What the day will look like
In this wide and varied role your key responsibilities will include :
- Lead and manage the Marine Claims departments in London and Chelmsford, driving operational excellence.
- Handle complex claims across marine liability, Hull, P&I, and cargo sectors.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with outstanding communication skills.
- Collaborate with global teams and travel internationally to deliver exemplary client service.
