The role combines office working, with significant opportunity to work at customer sites with factories based all around the world.
Along with a competitive basic, this role offers significant earning potential via working away allowancesMain duties to include:
- Work with colleagues in Sales, Design, Manufacturing to help ensure products / machinery manufactured to client specifications.
- Use of autocad package for any design modifications, layout drawings etc.
- Attendance at customer site, on a global basis at commissioning stage of the project
- Acting as representative on site during installation process
- Report writing, related document control
- Ongoing communication with site and manufacturing teams
- Good academic record including a degree or similar in Mechanical Engineering
- Some experience in using CAD software
- Well organised, efficient and ambitious
- Able to demonstrate desire to pursue career in engineering
- Live within commutable distance to Halifax
- Willing and able to work away from home, internationally as required
- Passport and driving licence required
