Are you a dynamic, hardworking, and compassionate leader? The division of Urgent and Emergency Care at Kings Mill Hospital is seeking an exceptional individual to join our Operational Support Unit.
About the Role: As an Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting service delivery and restoration across the division. This is a fast-paced environment where you will:- Effectively manage patient pathways
- Support continuous service improvements
- Develop and maintain service reports
You will also be responsible for the immediate line management of a team of experienced secretaries and RAs.
