Role Overview
As an HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting teachers and students, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to succeed. You’ll assist with lesson delivery, provide targeted support, and help foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- HLTA Qualification (Level 4 or higher) or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in a primary school setting.
- A strong grasp of the National Curriculum and effective teaching practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- A caring, patient, and supportive approach to working with children.
Desirable Attributes:
- Experience supporting children with special educational needs (SEN), such as autism or speech and language difficulties.
- Knowledge of educational technology and how it can enhance learning.
