£12.83 per hour (£60 per sleep in shift)
Part-time (Up to 32 hours per week)

Who will I be supporting?
***Caroline*** in a young lady in her mid 20's and has recently joined Dimensions in her own supported living bungalow and is looking for a female support worker to help her achieve her goals, encourage and support her in developing her independence.
**Caroline** has autism and is very much into structure and routine of her daily life, she thoroughly enjoys watching films, TV series, such as masked singer!
She very much enjoys arts and crafts, if she could, she would spend all her money on stationery! With her passion for arts and crafts, she very much likes Nail art and thoroughly likes a pamper and getting her nails done. She also enjoys eating out and visiting attractions within the North East
**Caroline** is very close to her Nana and maintaining this relationship is very important to her and she likes to spend regular time with her.
Friendly, patient and reliable support workers who take an active interest in their hobbies and activities would be wonderful matches.
What will I be doing?
You will be supporting **Caroline** to engage in the community and home based activities, as well as supporting her to learn life skills and elements on independence within the home.
Support will include prompting of personal care and provide support if required, medication administration, budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
**Caroline** can experience behaviours of distress, this can be through verbal aggression, so previous experience supporting people with autism and complex behaviours is essential.

What shifts are available?
Day Shifts: 9am - 6pmLong Day Sleep: 9am - 9am the following day (Includes £60 Sleep-In Shift)
Sleep In Shifts: 10pm - 8am
Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to allow a healthy work life balance- something we're really passionate about!
