We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team, working in the community with children across the Warrington area. This role involves supporting adults and children in various community settings, which may include providing personal care and helping them access various activities.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide support within the community, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Assist with personal care tasks as needed.
- Help service users access and participate in community activities.
- Work closely with families and other care professionals to provide holistic support.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and care provided.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role within the UK.
- Experience in providing support and personal care in a community setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A compassionate and patient approach.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of the service users
