Production Support
We have a fantastic opportunity for you to work with our client as a full time Production Support in Wisbech, PE13 2RN
Your pay rate as full time Production Support:
You will be paid £13.30 per hour
Typical working hours as full time Production Support:
You will be working Monday to Friday from 08:30 until 17:00
Your role as Production Support:
- Collect paperwork from the main office/kitchen.
- Start updating daily waste - A & B shift
- Start updating prep & pack efficiency paperwork
- Collect all info for the daily morning meeting.
- Record all issues spoken of in the morning meeting and then send or print it out to the manager to take to the Ops meeting.
- Send out prep staff efficiency report.
- record chunker waste and email.
- Calculate & record pineapple waste by farms.
- Record pack floor waste.
- Record downtime.
- Record Despatch waste
- File away all paperwork.
- Replace the cartridge in the printer when required.
- Print out needed paperwork for packing and place it in required pigeonholes.
- Update training matrix if any training records are given, then file it away.
- If required complete data collection/transfer into the required formal & send it to the required personnel.
- Send out quality emails if required and also record them on the quality issues database.
- Take pictures required around areas if any issues occur and send them out on emails.
- Clean as you go in your area of work.
Weekly tasks:
- Top 5 all shifts. (email)
- Pineapple farm waste data to be emailed.
- Pack floor waste to be sent out.
- Dispatch waste to be sent out.
- Prep efficiency database all tabs to be updated every week.
- Pack efficiency database update weekly.
- Check the training matrix and send out emails to coordinators about required training to be done as soon as possible.
- SOP's - if required, update SOPs or support the creation of SOPs. Wait for approval, once approved send out an approval email. Then add it to the Matrix with a hyperlink. Make required Laminated copies and put them in the required folders.
- Will be reporting to Shift manager.
