Day-to-day of the role:

• Provide expert mortgage advice to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible mortgage solutions tailored to their needs.
• Manage and follow up on all appointments provided by the company to maximise opportunities and close deals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, market conditions, and regulatory requirements to provide accurate information.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate closely with the administrative team to ensure smooth processing of all mortgage applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products and the mortgage market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently, manage your own workload, and meet targets.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., CeMAP)
