• Leading and managing the finance team.
• Overseeing financial reporting and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.
• Developing and implementing financial strategies to support business goals.
• Preparing monthly management accounts and cash flow forecasts.
• Managing budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensuring effective financial control systems are in place.
• Providing financial advice to the management team.
• Liaising with Auditors
• Manage payroll, VAT returns
• Bank Reconciliations

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Financial Controller should have:

• A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
• Can demonstratre a background in a senior financial role within the engineernig / tecnology industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
• Excellent knowledge of financial reporting standards.
• Proven background in monthly management accounts.
• A strategic thinker with excellent decision-making abilities.
• Superb communication skills, both written and verbal.
• IT: SAGE 50 (essential)

• A salary range between £60,000 - £70,000 annual salary
