To act as point of contact for patients and their representatives who contact the modalities and specific areas within the imaging, phlebotomy, and ophthalmology To ensure that the electronic appointment work list is monitored and that all appointments are made within the specific waiting time requirements and that all relevant paperwork is correctly filed and To ensure that relevant patient data is recorded in a complete and confidential manner in accordance with Trust policy.

The post holder will work closely with the service lead in their assigned Modality to ensure the smooth running of the service and to suggest and help implement any necessary.
