We are looking for an enthusiastic, TEAM LEADER
at Green Willow Care Home
We have a FULL-TIME role available to work day shifts on a 2 week rolling rota, including alternative weekends.
This is an amazing opportunity to be part of a small, high-quality care home.
Applicant should already hold a minimum of Level 2 in Health and Social Care, and be willing to achieve their Level 3 in Health and Social Care, if this is not already held.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team in providing care and support.
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs and preferences.
  • Medication administration on an electronic system.
  • Utilise strong communication skills to interact with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for residents.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in IT to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care provided.

Pay rate starts from £12.70 with an enhancement at weekends.
