Job Description
The key responsibilities for the Customer Service Sales Advisor role are:
- Respond to customer calls and emails promptly and professionally, meeting agreed service level targets
- Accurately process customer orders and follow up to ensure expectations are met
- Work closely with Account Managers and Business Development Managers to support promotional campaigns
- Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets through inbound and outbound calls
- Maintain customer records and activity logs in the company's CRM system
- Identify opportunities to re-engage non-trading customers
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Continuously contribute to improvements in service quality and operational processes
- Represent the voice of the customer within the business
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for the Customer Service Sales Advisor role is someone with the following:
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales-based role
- Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate
- Self-motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality service
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, results-driven team
