Job Description

To undertake full admin duties in relation to:

  • Recruitment - Adverts, Arranging Interviews, Offers/Contracts, Onboarding
  • New Starters/Leavers/Attendance
  • Payroll - Absence/Sickness
  • Ensuring Up to Date Training
  • Manage and update Inbox in relation to queries
  • Provide assistance to employees in relation to Policies and Procedures
  • Take notes at meetings as required
  • Working as wider HR Team
The Successful Applicant
  • Strong Administrator who has experience within a HR background
  • Knowledge and experience of processing New Starters/Leavers/Onboarding
  • Payroll admin - monitoring and recording of Absence/Sickness
  • Experience using a HR system
  • IT Literate
  • Be empathetic, a good listener and a people person
  • Able to abide by confidentiality due to the nature of the role
  • Bring a positive attitude
