Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
2. Develop financial forecasts and budgets, providing insights to support strategic planning.
3. Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess financial implications of business decisions.
5. Support the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors.

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent).
