Position: BUSINESS RELOCATION DIVISION ADMINISTRATOR
We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Relocation Division Administrator to join a fantastic team based in Guildford. Responsible for applying sales, bid and operational admin support to the Business Relocation Division .
Main Roles & Responsibilities:
- Fully understand the business functionality and requirements of the role
Administrative duties:
- Managing inventory scanning, inventory storage sheets
- Maintaining and updating data on the internal systems
- Issuing paperwork to the relevant team members
- Stationary and uniform monitoring & replenishment
- Sending meeting confirmations
Sales and Marketing assistance duties:
- Updating quote sheets
- Running monthly sales reports
- Managing new enquiries
- Input of sales leads
- Marketing support (Case Studies)
- Managing the company newsletter
Accounting duties:
- Raising POs
- Invoicing
- Payment processing from clients
Any other duties that may be required by management
Remuneration & Benefits Package:
- Competitive Salary (up to £28,000 per annum) Depending on experience
- Office based role
- Permanent, full -time – 37.5 hours per week (9am - 17.30)

Experience & Qualifications:
- Previous experience within a similar role – (3 years minimum) Essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and organisational skills – Essential
- Proficient in MS Office packages – Essential
- Previous experience within the Removals & Relocation industry – Highly Desirable
- Multilingual – Desirable
- Ability to handle and prioritise accordingly large volumes of work which increases / decreases seasonally
