Restaurant Regional Manager
Full Time 45 Hours Per Week –– Fully Flexible, Including Weekends.British Garden Centres is a large UK retailer which is well known for its high-quality customer service, plants, and restaurants. As a growing family business, we are driven to have the best quality affordable restaurants.
We are looking for a proactive regional restaurant manager who has experience in running multiple sites and ensuring hight standards are met. This role will involve travelling between centres such as Wimborne, Winnersh, Shinfield Havant and Thatcham, and working with restaurant managers and directors to improve restaurant performance and profitability.
Skills Required
Experience as a restaurant manager and ideally experience running multiple sites.
Strong knowledge of food hygiene, health and safety and auditingAble to lead a team, recruit and induct new starters in a fast-paced environment.
Have a passion for food and attention to detail.
IT literate and be able to comply with systems and processes.
Must have a driving license and your own car.
Duties include:
Overseeing the daily running of multiple restaurants and ensuring high standards are met.Leading the restaurant managers and ensuring teams are efficient.
Monitoring budgets and liaising with both restaurants and directors on performance.
Ensuring restaurants run in accordance with legislation and best practice.
Reporting to the Group Operations Directors with feedback on performance and future planning
Using company systems and supporting KPI development
Liaising with food and drink suppliers to ensure smooth running of the restaurants.
