Day-to-day of the role:

• Proactively reach out to customers to offer support and solutions, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring all customer information is current and well-organised.
• Adhere to all company policies and standards, while receiving comprehensive training to stay updated on all new procedures and services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven face to face customer service experience, ideally in customer care, retail, hospitality, or related fields.
• Strong team player with excellent time management skills.
• Highly adaptable and eager to take on new challenges and grow within the company.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of handling various customer interactions confidently and effectively.
