As a Neighbourhood Team Leader your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Have a commitment to great customer service delivery
- Focus on leading a team that delivers our tenancy sustainment/rent arrears and allocations service and supports the wider delivery of our core housing services
- Achieving high levels of tenant satisfaction and tenancy sustainment
- To lead, motivate and manage an effective team of Neighbourhood Officers and Allocations Officers
- Contribute to the achievement of its housing targets and objectives across all service standards and performance indicators
- Play a key part in taking forward our services and delivering a community focused housing service that puts the tenants at heart of what we do

- Excellent communication and mediation skills are essential
- An ability to solve problems is also important
- You must be able to organise your own workload
- You need experience in housing management or a customer focussed service
