Our client who provides a variety of personalised social care services to people with a wide range of Complex Needs including Autism, Behavioural issues, Mental health conditions, Learning disabilities, Physical disabilities and other health conditions are currently recruiting Community Support Workers to work with service users within the community.

As a Community Support Worker you would be responsible for assisting clients in all area of their life, from helping them with general household duties and personal care to enabling them to access the community, attend social outings, maintain work and college activities and most importantly to develop as individu

Because we are enabling clients to live as independently as possible you will need to have an empathetic nature, be calm and tolerant, and possess the drive and energy to succeed.

Ideally you will have experience in a similar role although this is not essential as full training will be given. You will need to be a driver with your own transport.
