Job Description
Role Description- Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
- Experience in receptionist duties
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is a plus
- Previous experience in a legal setting is preferred
- Using hosted multi-line phone systems to place, take calls and record messages
- Contacting employees regarding visitors
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Prioritising phone calls, messages and visitors by urgency and importance
- Organising boardroom schedules to prevent overlapping meetings or bookings
- Scanning, copying, binding and emailing documents for record keeping
- Arranging for and serving drinks or snacks to clients
- Ordering office staples like sugar, milk, air freshener, printing paper and pens
- Answering general queries coming from the general public
