Job Description

Role Description
  • Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
  • Experience in receptionist duties
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is a plus
  • Previous experience in a legal setting is preferred
  • Using hosted multi-line phone systems to place, take calls and record messages
  • Contacting employees regarding visitors
  • Sorting and distributing mail
  • Prioritising phone calls, messages and visitors by urgency and importance
  • Organising boardroom schedules to prevent overlapping meetings or bookings
  • Scanning, copying, binding and emailing documents for record keeping
  • Arranging for and serving drinks or snacks to clients
  • Ordering office staples like sugar, milk, air freshener, printing paper and pens
  • Answering general queries coming from the general public
