Our client, a successful North East distributor, is currently looking for an Internal Key Account Manager to join them on a full time, permanent basis.
This role will offer an experienced Key Account Manager to join a well established business in an exciting part of their journey. With ambitious growth plans, you will be responsible for managing key customer accounts ensuring that the relationship is nurtured and where possible, the account is grown.As Internal Key Account Manager, you will join a small, collaborative and supportive team on a permanent basis.

About the Internal Key Account Manager Role
This role will be pivotal in managing key accounts whilst support to the Sales Manager in all sales activity.
Other responsibilities of the Key Account Manager will include:
Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and objectives.Develop tailored strategies to drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
Collaborate with other members of the team to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
Monitor and report on account performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits while maintaining the organisation's high standards.
About You
As Internal Key Account Manager, you will be a proven Account Manager ideally with an Engineering or Manufacturing background. You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Other requirements of the Key Account Manager will include:
A strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Adept at managing multiple accounts while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
An understanding of Engineering parts would be advantageous but not essential
