• Immediate start - 18 to 24 months contract available

• Working on substations DNO experienced
• Proven experience in electrical power construction projects
• Previous transportation work environment experience
• Proven CDM Health Safety and Environmental experience and knowledge
• City and Guilds 2380 IEE Wiring Regulations 18th Edition
• City and Guilds Certificates A B C in Electrical Installation Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation and or servicing maintenance work
• Experience in using MS applications i e Word and Excel
• Full clean driving licence

• Understand and work to all necessary documentation for construction phase including programme method statements risk assessments work instructions and procedures from project start to completion
• Work from plans and technical drawings
• Identify and control on site materials plant and equipment company owned or on hire
• Provide accurate and regular progress updates to Site Supervisor Engineer and Project Manager to ensure that effective operations on site are carried out
• Escalate and report issues to the Site Supervisor Engineer or Project Manager as soon as such are apparent
• Escalate and report to the Site Supervisor Engineer or Project Manager any commercial issues to ensure that change delays disruption completion defects or other commercial aspects are recorded
• Assemble install test and maintain electrical infrastructure or electrical electronic wiring equipment appliances apparatus and fixtures using hand tools power tools and other specialist
