The Mathematics department at Tiffin is an extremely vibrant, warm, welcoming and knowledgeable team and we are seeking a trainee teacher to join our highly successful school.
We have a large mixed sixth form of over 550 students studying A levels and you will teach across all age groups. The School is very successful and most students progress to the top universities. The departments organises many ‘Wider Opportunities’, including trips, study days and lunchtime clubs, and the school prides itself in its co-curricular programme offering, especially in sports and performing arts.
This one-year, employment-based course offers you the opportunity to attain ‘Qualified Teacher Status’ and a PGCE. You will spend the majority of your time at Tiffin School with one day per week dedicated to training and a three to six-week placement in another school.

Salary: £25,758 per annum plus tuition fees paid (pay award due Sep 2025)
