As a Sous Chef at The Swan, Woburn Sands, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences, leading a dedicated kitchen team, and ensuring seamless operations in the absence of the Head Chef. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive performance by leading your team to achieve key targets.
  • Inspire and train kitchen staff to consistently deliver high-quality dishes.
  • Support the Head Chef with food ordering, preparation, and stock control.
  • Demonstrate expertise in executing a branded menu to exacting standards.
  • Confidently manage and mentor Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene.

Pay: £32,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
