Job Description- Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the senior management team
- Organising and managing diaries, making appointments
- Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
- Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
- Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
The Successful Applicant
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
- A high level of organisational and administrative skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience in a secretarial or business support role within the industrial/manufacturing sector
- An estimated hourly rate of GBP 16:00 - GBP 20:00
- The opportunity to work in a prestigious, international industrial/manufacturing company
- A temporary position, with potential for conversion to permanent based on performance
