We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals to join the team, where you will be trained up from scratch to become a specialist recruiter in your market, no experience required!

The role itself:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with UK Government clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Identify and attract top talent with relevant experience through targeted channels.
- Conduct screening interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for roles within government organisations.
- Focus on winning new business and developing your own existing accounts to expand the client base.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
