Teaching Personnel have an exciting opportunity to work with an outstanding school based in Finsbury. The school are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join their team.
Roles and responsibilities- Planning and presenting lessons to facilitate students' understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
- Preparing and distributing learning material such as notes, assignments, and quizzes.
- Sourcing the resources and supplies needed for lessons.
- Ensuring that the classroom remains safe and conducive to learning.
- Maintaining records of and reporting on students’ progress.
- Attending parent and staff meetings.
- Establishing lesson plans.
- Creating and correcting students’ homework and assignments.
Key Skills Required:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status
- Have a background of teaching Maths, delivering teaching at a good or outstanding level
- Knowledge of current education issues in relation to terms of practise, process and curriculum
