Demonstrate commissioning skills with a specific focus on commissioning for person centredcare and use of the PHM approach to develop and embed outcome-based commissioning across allspeciality areas. Play a supporting role in the formulation, implementation and ongoing review of major system widecommissioning plans that have impact on the wider population working with partners across the ICSincluding supporting complex and sometime contentious change at significant scale and pace.
Monitor, interpret and assure progress against deliverables including providing planning andperformance support to Local Care and Community provision linking to the BI, Planning andperformance function. Provide support to the team in relation to public engagement and Consultation and the legalities thatsurround this.Able to evaluate complex information to inform recommendations and decision making. Able to support the process for complex and sometimes contentious change and to provideprogramme support to deliver this at significant scale and pace. Ability to develop and deliver robust presentations to a wide audience.
Solid relationship building skills and ability to work closely with Place and Provider Collaboratives. Including providing the programme management support to planning for delegation. Support the delivery successful procurements in line with the NHS Provider Selection Regime.
Support the development of Financial Improvement Plans in relation to commissioning. Support the successful handover of programmes to the Delivery and Service Redesign team fordelivery.
