As a Partnerships Administration Assistant, you will be the backbone of our Partner accounts management and ensure smooth communication and efficient operations within the Accreditation and Partnerships team.

This is a key administrative role that ensures smooth communication and efficient operations within the Accreditation and Partnerships team.

A confident communicator with an eye for detail, they will play a crucial role supporting our customers by maintaining records, processing information, financial transactions, and sending communications and information to sector professionals, employer and education partners.

They will work with the Accreditation, Customer Engagement and Partnerships Teams to support professionals and employers enquiring about all aspects of professional status, and ensuring that professionals meet and maintain the requirements for achieving professional status and encouraging them to progress their career.

Key tasks include but are not limited to:

Partner Support
  • Address and resolve Employer and Education Partner queries in relation to eligibility for professional status.
  • Co-ordinate the uploading and onboarding of individual customers, acquired through partnerships, with their professional status.
  • Assist the Partnerships team in onboarding new partners.
  • Maintain regular communication with partners in relation to professional status accreditation relating to their employees.
  • Provide training to partners in relation to utilising digital systems to manage their employee’s professional status.
Accreditation Delivery
  • Review evidence from prospective customers for assessments of professional status applications and reaccreditation of professional status.
  • Manage effective administration of the professional status accreditation process through Dynamics CRM.
  • Provide in-depth information and support to customers applying for Professional Status Accreditation, including liaising with other departments.
Engagement with Potential Customers
  • Manage inbound enquiries and follow up with partners and potential customers to support them in evidence eligibility for professional status.
  • Achieve set targets for processing of applications and responding to enquiries.
  • Respond to questions internally and externally in relation to accreditation.
  • Transition new members to the Customer Engagement team as part of a defined onboarding process.
Customer Support
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer and employer accreditation enquiries.
  • Respond to inbound communications relating to accreditation from a variety of channels such as calls, emails, web enquiries, social media, Whatsapp, online chat.
Data Management
  • Undertake activity based on Dynamics CRM dashboard schedule.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports on accreditation and reaccreditation trends and engagement activities.
Communication
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to distribute engaging content to support accreditation and reaccreditation activity.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Engagement team to ensure that new customers and those advancing professional status are onboarded effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Partnerships team to link accreditation activity with employers supporting employer onboarding.
  • Collaborate with the education team to understand and offer appropriate learning and development opportunities to customers looking for accreditation/reaccreditation.

Salary: £24,000 - £24,773 per annum
