Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AYHours: Full time fully flexible, any 5 days out of 7
Contract Type: Permanent, hourly paid
As our awesome Hotel team continue making magic at our two LEGOLAND Hotels and our BRAND-NEW overnight accommodations: The LEGOLAND® Woodland Village, they are expanding and have some exciting new roles that will ensure our guests receive the very highest standards on their overnight stay.
Joining the team as a Housekeeping Team Leader means you will lead a team of housekeepers, linen porters, and public area cleaners, all of whom work together to maintain the high standards of cleanliness that our guests expect and deserve on their overnight stay.You’ll lead by example, driving your team to deliver excellent guest interactions and, of course, beautifully clean and welcoming rooms and public areas. You’ll be a knowledge holder of the health and safety policies across your areas, monitor your stock levels (replenishing when needed) and motivate your team to exceed cleanliness KPI targets.
With our two existing hotels, plus our brand-new overnight lodgings, the Housekeeping team are having an epic 2024 season, which in turn means our guests will have an awesome stay with us, as a Housekeeping Team Leader you'll have the chance to directly impact our guests and make their overnight stay Brick-Tastic!
Please note, internally this role is known as Housekeeping Coordinator
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience working in a supervisory position in a hotel setting is essential
- Proven experience working in a housekeeping or cleaning role, ideally within a hotel or alterative overnight accommodation function
- Confident and comfortable to use cleaning equipment and chemicals, ideally with experience of reviewing COSHH and Risk Assessments
- This is a physical, hands on role so you will be comfortable to be on your feet undertaking physical work for long periods of time

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort
We are looking for a Housekeeping Team Leader to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to two awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick.This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
