Key Responsibilities:
- Learn to source and attract candidates through various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal databases).
- Participate in interviews, assess applicants’ suitability, and match them with opportunities within the financial services and financial crime compliance sector.
- Build and nurture relationships with candidates, supporting them through the recruitment process.
- Learn to liaise with hiring managers and clients to understand recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Assist in managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Maintain and update candidate and client databases, ensuring accurate records.
- Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets.
- Promote the Recruit, Train & Deploy program to candidates and clients, emphasizing its value and opportunities.
Relocation Opportunity:
- Begin your role in the UK and relocate to Dubai after successfully completing a probationary period, once you've demonstrated your ability to build a client base and fill positions.
- Preference will be given to candidates already based in Dubai, but UK-based candidates with proven success and dedication will also be considered.

- Interest in financial crime compliance (e.g., KYC, AML) or talent development programs.
- A hunger for personal and professional growth, with a competitive and driven personality.
