French Teacher required at a Secondary School in Huddersfield

Hays are working with a secondary school in Huddersfield that is looking to recruit a French Teacher.

• The role is to commence after Easter, 22.4.25, and will operate, full time, on a temporary basis, until July 2025.
• As the role is long term, you will be required to plan and prepare all lessons whilst differentiating between pupil ability.
• You will also be required to mark and assess all work, ensuring that pupils are progressing in line with their target grades.
• You will be working on a long-term supply basis, where your pay will be reflective of experience.
• You will be developing and delivering French across both KS3 and KS4.
• You will need to create a learning environment where pupils feel confident, asking for support if needed, as well as ensuring all students are driven towards high achievement and are progressing well.

• To be successful in securing this position, it is essential that you hold a teaching qualification with QTS and have experience of teaching French to KS3 and 4 in the UK.
• You must be able to commence the role asap (or after Easter)and be able to commit to the full duration of the assignment.

• You will receive a competitive daily rate of pay. Or paid to scale M1 - M6.
