Are you a proactive and organised individual with a passion for fleet management We are looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our client’s team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day management, maintenance, and servicing of our company’s vehicle fleet, ensuring compliance with all statutory health and safety regulations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan, direct, and monitor preventive maintenance and repair programs for all company vehicles.Arrange bookings for vehicle servicing in line with manufacturer’s recommendations.
Coordinate statutory MOT tests and liaise with supervisors and planners.
Maintain vehicle history files and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Update fleet software with vehicle information and driver records.
Facilitate replacement hire vans and manage vehicle breakdowns.
Oversee parking, speeding, and traffic offence fines.
Arrange for glass and windscreen repairs.
Maintain day-to-day communication with drivers, including complaints management.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Excellent communication abilities to liaise with both drivers and external service providers.
Proficiency in using fleet management software.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
