Responsibilities
Conduct detailed surveys and assessments of commercial and residential properties.
Evaluate property values and market trends to provide accurate reports and recommendations.
Prepare and present comprehensive reports to clients and stakeholders regarding findings.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals during property development projects.
Ensure all valuations comply with relevant legislation and industry standards.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property legislation, best practices, and market conditions.

Provide expert advice to clients on property investments, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in surveying, real estate, or related field.
Professional accreditation or certification in property surveying.
Proven experience in conducting property surveys and assessments.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in responsive repairs, preferably in Housing.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and reports.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
Proficiency in surveying software and tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Hours Per Week: 36.00

Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Rate: £222.54

Location: Westminster, South West London
