Pay Rate: Competitive Market Rate
Hours per week: 37 hours per week
Contract Length: Anticipated 6 months
Location: To cover Staffordshire and Birmingham– 4 days per week (usually Monday to Thursday) – There is some flexibility on the 1 day at home. Candidates MUST be based within a commutable distance of the role
The successful candidate will undergo enhanced DBS for the role
We are looking for a Area Property Operations Manager for an initial 6 month contract. You will be responsible for working directly with clients and suppliers, including regular site visits, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of hard and soft Facilities Management (FM) services.
This is a key contract management role requiring specialist knowledge, with responsibility for overseeing the delivery of the contract and works projects, defining projects and for technical and statutory assurance. You should have strong experience in property and FM disciplines and be able to demonstrate compliance with statutory, regulatory and professional requirements in previous roles.
Candidates must hold a full UK driving licence.

Facilities Management experienceContract and Supplier Management experience
People management including mentoring, motivating and development
Asset management, maintenance and contract & supplier management
Full UK Driving Licence
