Newbury - Nursery Practitioner

Location: Newbury

My client are looking to recruit a Full Time, Permanent Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner. The position requires the candidate to be fun, enthusiastic, and effective to support their hardworking team.

• Ensure a fun and stimulating environment
• Provide a high standard of teaching and play experience
• Promote positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
• Accurate record keeping
• Health and Safety, Safeguarding and Inclusion are key

• Level 3 or above NVQ or equivalent in childcare
• Ideally at least one year's relevant work experience
• Up to date working knowledge of EYFS statutory framework
• Enthusiasm, self-motivation and commitment combined with a real passion to provide outstanding childcare
• Excellent communicator and team player
• Successful candidates will be subject to DBS and full pre-employment checks

• Confident and professional
• Punctual
