Are you a strategic leader passionate about driving change and making a tangible impact? HARP, Southend-on-Sea's leading homelessness charity, is looking for an exceptional Executive Director of Service Operations to help us realise our vision of a future without homelessness.

As a key member of our Executive leadership team, you will oversee service delivery, lead operational teams, and champion innovative solutions to support those in need. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will ensure our services are agile, effective, and aligned with our strategic priorities.

Your leadership will be instrumental in enhancing service quality, embedding evidence-based practices, and fostering a culture of excellence across the organisation.

We are looking for an accomplished leader who can:

• Drive the strategic direction of our service operations to reduce rough sleeping and support long-term recovery from homelessness.
• Oversee the development and implementation of high-quality services for individuals with complex needs.
• Ensure effective financial planning and service development that aligns with our mission.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance community connections and strengthen service impact.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, statutory services, community groups, and other key stakeholders to drive collaborative solutions to homelessness.
• Inspire and develop a high-performing team committed to making a real difference.
