We are looking for a person who can build a strong rapport with children. You will be a positive role model for children, supporting them in achieving their best. You will work with children to help them to engage in their learning, ensuring that they feel cared for and listened to.

You will set boundaries and routines and respond to the children’s needs if the class teacher or 1:1 LSA is needing support.

The ideal candidate will be someone able to demonstrate a passion for creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all members of our school community and who aligns with our trust-wide values by bringing a positive, collaborative approach to their work and a willingness to continuously develop professionally.
