Private Client Paralegal

Join one of the largest and most successful private client teams outside of London, specialising in the administration of complex and high-value estates. We are seeking a skilled Private Client Paralegal with ideally 2+ years of experience to become a part of our esteemed team.

Responsibilities:

• Handling all aspects of estate administration, including gathering information on assets and liabilities, preparing applications for grants of representation, and drafting basic estate accounts
• Drafting wills and codicils using established precedents
• Drafting powers of attorney, including Lasting Powers of Attorney for both property and financial affairs, as well as health and welfare
• Managing correspondence and liaising directly with clients and third parties
• Supporting solicitors in the team by managing specific delegated tasks
• Ensuring compliance with Lexcel procedures in file management
• Staying updated on changes in legislation and regulatory aspects through provided training
