Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30
Pay: Starting at £90 per day, with potential to rise
Travel: May be required
Are you passionate about supporting students and making a difference in their education? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant team in Louth, Lincolnshire. In this role, you will provide invaluable support to secondary and SEN (Special Educational Needs) students, helping them with their everyday learning and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of lessons, supporting both classroom and one-to-one learning.
- Provide tailored support to students with SEN, helping them to access the curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Support students with personal care and social development where necessary.
- Work alongside teachers to create a supportive, engaging classroom experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- A compassionate, patient, and proactive individual.
- Experience working with secondary or SEN students is a plus but not essential.
- The ability to build rapport with students and staff.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of different students.
