As the business scales rapidly through innovation and commercial traction, they are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Chief Financial Officer to join the leadership team and steer financial performance during this critical phase of growth.Role Overview: The CFO will play a central role in shaping financial strategy, leading operational finance, and supporting future investment and expansion. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with investors and the board, this is a rare opportunity to influence direction at the highest level within a transformative technology business.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and lead financial strategy, supporting the company’s growth and innovation goals
Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and controls
Support fundraising activities and maintain investor relationships, including preparation of board packs and investor updates
Build and scale finance processes, systems, and team capability to support rapid expansion
Provide strategic financial insights to inform pricing, product development, and international growth initiatives
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax obligations, and regulatory frameworks

Lead financial planning for commercial partnerships, licensing agreements, and R&D initiatives

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, tech, and commercial teams to align financial planning with strategic objectives

Key Requirements:

ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or equivalent
Proven success in a senior finance leadership role within a high-growth, tech-driven environment
Experience in fundraising, investor relations, and scaling finance operations
Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive strategy across departments
Deep understanding of SaaS, IP-led, or AI-based business models is highly desirable
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
