Robert Half is working with a leading East Midlands-based business to recruit an Interim Group Financial Controller. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment, overseeing group reporting, compliance, and financial controls.
Key Duties: Lead statutory accounts and month-end/year-end reporting
Manage external audits and provide technical accounting guidance (IFRS/UK GAAP)Maintain and strengthen financial controls
Support CFO on transformation projects
Lead and develop a team of qualified accountants
What We're Looking For: ACA qualified with audit/technical background (Top 10 preferred)
Experience in complex, multi-entity organisationsHands-on leader with strong communication skills
