The firms Property team has over 35 fee earners and deals with specialist areas such charities, education and rural property alongside general commercial property work.
Job Description
The Commercial Property Solicitor will deal with a range of work including;- Picking up a caseload of sales and purchase, landlord and tenant and development work.
- Reviewing and drafting property-related documents and contracts
- Advising clients including corporate clients and small developers
- Supporting in niche areas when required such as charities and rural property
- Provide superior customer service to all clients
- Support on business development activities
The Successful Applicant
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor should have:
- Around 2-6 years PQE
- An interest to work for a boutique law firm
- A track record working in commercial property law
- Ties to Leeds
- A client-focused approach to work
- A competitive salary in the range of £60,000 to £68,000 per annum
- A generous pension scheme contributing 5% of your salary
