Credit Controller - French Speaking
Your new company
Our client is an international distribution company based in Leeds. Due to ongoing work demands, they are looking for a fluent French speaker to join their busy and vibrant credit control team on a permanent basis.
Your new role
You will liaise with a portfolio of french customers by email and telephone, dealing with their invoice and billing queries and ensuring invoices are paid for goods received. Working as part of a team, you will update accounting systems accurately and timely and work towards department objectives.
What you'll need to succeed
Fluent in French, you will enjoy communicating professionally with customers both by telephone and email. With excellent customer service skills, you will be solutions-focused, resolving queries and influencing next steps. With an eye for detail, you will have experience of accurately updating databases with information and data.Previous credit control experience isn't essential, but if you have had experience of business to business or business to consumer collections it would be advantageous.
