OVERVIEW:
- The appointed Private Client lawyer will be expected to run caseloads with numerous private client matters
- Your caseload will consist of wills, probate, trusts, estate planning, and powers of attorney
- You will be expected to provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients
- This requires staying informed about relevant laws and regulations, fostering strong client relationships and providing legal services customised to each client's unique needs
- The firm are looking for qualified solicitors or legal executives with 3-5 years’ experience
- You will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a commitment to high standards of client care, and a passion for private client law
- The appointed candidate will be immediately available to cover maternity leave for circa 12 months
