Are you an accomplished Senior Broking professional with the skills and experience to lead and develop a team of highly respected and professional London Market brokers ? What the day will look like
As a Team Leader your wide and varied role will include being responsible for :
- Operationally leading and managing the team
- P&L accountability for the US Casualty book
- Developing client and network relationships,
- Ensuring a high level of client retention,
- Developing new business opportunities,
- Developing new products and encouraging innovation,
- Coordinating marketing strategy and broking major accounts and lead lines.

Skills and experience that will lead to success- Proven experience gained within the insurance industry at either a Global Broker or Insurer, with established market relationships
- Technical insurance knowledge across US and/or International Casualty markets
- Detailed understanding of London insurance market dynamics and core processes
- Proven capability in effectively leading & developing high performance teams
- Effective communication and presentation skills
