Milford Hall Hotel & Spa Salisbury
The Milford Hall Hotel is a 4 Star Hotel, currently undergoing a comprehensive refurbishment which will position us as the leading Hotel in Salisbury. We are located in Central Salisbury with 45 beautiful rooms and function suites for up to 120 guests.
We need an Experienced Hotel Receptionist Supervisor to join our existing reception team in this busy hotel.This is a key position and we are looking for a special individual with lots of energy, enthusiasm, patience, a sense of humour and a genuine interest in Hospitality!
This is an hourly paid casual role including weekends & public holidays.
In addition to general Hotel reception duties, the Role includes, assisting the with with Group Bookings, Rate Management & Ledger Control. In addition checking to ensure that the Department is following standard procedures in checking & billing, reservations and customer service- ensuring we meet & exceed guest needs and expectations.
Full training will be given, along with staff uniform and meals whilst on duty. Knowledge Hotelkey program would be an advantage.
