Salary: £95-£105 per day based on experience

Key Responsibilities:- Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEN, ensuring they have access to a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adapt teaching methods to meet the specific needs of each student.
- Collaborate with class teachers and the SENCO to create a nurturing and engaging classroom atmosphere.
- Support students in their academic and social development.
- Monitor and record progress, providing feedback to the teaching team and parents as required.
- Help maintain a safe and organised classroom setting.
- Previous experience working as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant is advantageous.
- A compassionate and patient nature, with a strong desire to support children with SEN.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work as part of a team and take direction from teaching staff.
- A commitment to promoting inclusion and equal opportunities for all students.
- Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support are a plus.
