Finance Administrator (5678) - Blantyre
Murray Recruitment are recruiting a Finance Administrator for our client based in South Lanarkshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an administrator looking to develop a career in finance, with full training provided to support the finance team.
The Finance Administrator will play a key role in supporting the finance team with administrative tasks, customer service, document management, and invoicing. This position offers the chance to gain valuable finance experience while contributing to the smooth running of financial operations.
Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the finance team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily tasks.
Assist with customer service enquiries, handling finance-related queries professionally.Scan, file, and manage financial documents, ensuring proper record-keeping.
Process invoices and support the finance team with data entry.
Assist with financial tasks during holidays and peak periods, with training provided.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
Skills & Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a finance or accounts environment.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.Confident communication skills, with the ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Willingness to learn finance-related duties and develop new skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is desirable.
Offering: Salary up to £25k DOE
Monday - Friday Hours 9am - 5pmFull training
