Within NICU at UHD you will Provide critical care and specialist nursing to preterm and newborn babies requiring intensive and special care. UHD Neonatal Unit is a level 2 centre caring for preterm babies of 27 weeks gestation and above as well as sick term babies.We use a range of therapies such as ventilation, cerebral cooling and cerebral function monitoring.

As a Band 5 NICU Nurse, your responsibilities include:- Delivering Specialised Neonatal Care: Provide high-quality nursing care to premature and critically ill newborns in a level 2 centre, including ventilated and intensive care patients, in line with clinical guidelines and protocols.
